How does it work?

Select your desired plan - details about each plan can be found here. Subscribers are billed and receive packages every 30 days. Packages are shipped out via USPS within 48 hours of payment being made.

What brands can I receive?

The boxes will only include apparel or accessories from the following brands:

Can I return or exchange an item?

If there is a sizing issue with an item you receive, you may exchange it for the same item in the correct size. If unavailable, a correctly sized item similar to the original will be chosen by HypeSub.

How do I manage my subscription?

To manage your subscription, visit https://hypesub.com/account/login and login using your email address and password.

When logged in, you can update your shipping address, add/remove payment methods, change your size, upgrade your plan, and much more.

When will I receive my package?

Subscribers typically receive their packages within 1 week of the payment date, however it can take up to 2 weeks in rare situations.

All orders are shipped out within 48 hours of payment being made. Shipping normally takes 2-5 days.

Can I track my package?

Yes, you can track your package. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Subscribers can also track their package(s) by logging into the Subscriber Portal at https://hypesub.com/account/login

How do I know that I'm getting a good deal?

Each of our plans have a guaranteed price floor (Basic = $80, Premium = $300).

Inside of every package will be a form that lists the price(s) of the item(s) you received.

Can I choose the items in my package?

HypeSub plans are designed to provide the subscriber a surprising experience each month, thus the contents of each package are randomized and are not able to be chosen.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

Yes, you are able to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan in the Subscriber Portal.

Any upgrades or downgrades must be completed at least 72 hours before your payment date to ensure adequate adjustment time.

Where do I enter a promo code?

If you have a promo code, you can enter it during the checkout process, right before you enter your payment information.

Do you ship internationally?

HypeSub is operating in the United States only at this time.
